At every point during the process, you will be kept up to date with the process. There are a total of seven different stages from the initial quotation to completion. They are as follows.

Your property will be visited, and the floor inspected to ascertain the amount of work and provide you with some advice and guidance.

Our friendly staff will discuss any specific requirements that you may have, including the different types of finish, any stain colour, and any additional work that may be required, such as filling holes or gaps that need to be corked.

Once you are happy with the quotation and the work schedule, we will book a mutually beneficial date.

We will then turn up on time on the appointed day, and using our professional equipment sand the floor, which will include the use of an edge sander to ensure that the floor is sanded from edge to edge. We will work through the grits to ensure the complete removal of any and all previous finishes and then prepare the floor for the next stage of the process.

Any holes will now be filled, and any gaps corked using high-quality materials, where required.

Now that the floor has been professionally sanded, the staining of your choice will be applied.

Finally, the floor will be finished, and we will then invite you to inspect the work to ensure you are thrilled with the final outcome.
